• Start Time: 11/9/2024 1:00 AM EST
• End Time: 11/9/2024 3:30 AM EST

• What's being done: The much anticipated migration of RingOS into the Azure cloud will be completed this week. This includes moving the database and app server as well as introducing a new load balancer for regional control.

• How am I affected: The RingOS portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window. A landing page to log directly into the PBX will be available for any urgent changes during that time.

• NO CALLING SERVICES ARE AFFECTED
